Accessibility Statement
Effective date: 2026-06-11 · Last updated: 2026-07-30 · Version: 1.1
VETRA LLC wants mySEHA to be usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. This statement explains our approach to accessibility on the website at myseha.ai (the "Website").
1. Our commitment
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA as our target standard, and we treat accessibility as part of how we build rather than as an afterthought.
We state this as a target, not as a conformance claim. No independent accessibility audit has been carried out on the Website, so we do not claim that it conforms to WCAG 2.1 AA today. We will say so plainly here if and when that changes, and we will name who carried out the assessment.
2. What we do
- Semantic, structured pages, so screen readers can navigate content logically.
- A "skip to content" link and full keyboard navigation, so the Website can be used without a mouse.
- Full right-to-left (RTL) Arabic support — the entire Website, not only its text, is laid out right-to-left in Arabic, including navigation, form fields, and reading order.
- Interactive controls of at least 44 × 44 pixels. Every button, link target and form control in our design system meets a minimum 44-pixel target size, so controls can be operated reliably by touch and by people with limited fine motor control.
- Readable colour contrast, and text that scales with your browser or device settings.
- Responsive design that adapts to phones, tablets, and desktops.
3. Known limitations
mySEHA is in active development and the Website is an early-stage site. We know of the following limitations:
- Some areas may not yet fully meet our target standard, and no audit has been performed to establish which.
- The human-verification widget on our forms is a third-party component (Cloudflare Turnstile). Its accessibility behaviour is largely outside our control. If it prevents you from joining the waitlist, email us and we will add you manually.
- Some health-education content is technical by nature. We are working on plain-language summaries in both languages.
We are working to identify and fix gaps over time, and we would rather list a limitation than leave you to discover it.
4. Feedback
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on the Website, please tell us — your feedback is the main way we find these problems.
Email: hello@myseha.ai
Please describe the problem, the page where you found it, and the browser or assistive technology you were using. We aim to acknowledge every accessibility report within 5 working days, and to tell you what we intend to do about it and roughly when. Where we cannot fix something quickly, we will offer you another way to complete what you were trying to do.
5. Changes to this statement
We will update this statement as the Website improves and as our accessibility work progresses, and will update the "Last updated" date and the version above.
