Terms of Use

1. What the Website is

The Website lets you join a waitlist to be notified when mySEHA launches, and to read general, informational content about health and lab biomarkers. It is a pre-launch website. It does not provide the mySEHA product, any account, or any health service.

2. No medical advice

Nothing on this Website is medical advice. The Website does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Any health or biomarker content is general information only and is not a substitute for the advice of a qualified physician or other healthcare professional who knows your individual situation. Never disregard or delay seeking professional medical advice because of something you read here.

When the mySEHA application launches, it will be an informational and educational tool to help you understand your own health data. It will not replace professional medical care, and it will carry its own medical disclaimer, which you will be asked to read and accept. See also our Medical Review Policy.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to join the waitlist or use the Website. This is a condition of these Terms.

4. Acceptable use

When using the Website, you agree not to:

• submit false, misleading, or someone else's information;
• abuse, game, or manipulate the referral programme;
• attempt to access, disrupt, scrape, overload, or attack the Website or its systems;
• use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or remove access, and remove waitlist entries, that we reasonably believe breach these Terms.

5. Referral programme

The Website lets you share a referral link and records sign-ups that arrive through it. Referral codes have no cash value, are for personal and non-commercial use only, and may not be obtained through spam, fraud, or automated means. We may change, limit, or end the referral programme, and may disqualify referrals we reasonably believe are abusive, at any time. Joining the waitlist through a referral link gives you no entitlement to any reward. If we ever offer a reward tied to referrals, its terms will be published separately and will apply from the date they are published.

6. Intellectual property

The Website and its content — including the mySEHA name, logo, text, design, and graphics — are owned by VETRA LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to view the Website for its intended purpose. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of it without our written permission.

7. Third-party services

The Website relies on third-party providers — including Brevo for email and contact management, and Cloudflare for hosting, delivery, and human verification — and may link to third-party sites. Those providers are listed at myseha.ai/subprocessors. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties. Your use of their services is governed by their own terms.

8. Disclaimers

The Website is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, and we may change, suspend, or discontinue the Website or the waitlist at any time. Joining the waitlist is not a purchase, a reservation, or a promise that mySEHA will launch, launch on any particular date, or be available in any particular country.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VETRA LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Website. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

10. Your statutory rights

Nothing in these Terms affects any right you have under mandatory consumer-protection or data-protection law that cannot be excluded or limited by agreement. Where any provision of these Terms conflicts with such a right, that right prevails and the rest of these Terms continue to apply.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date and the version above, and your continued use of the Website after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and any dispute arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cairo. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory provision of the law of your country of residence.
